Yeast Free Burger Buns

Much healthier than the ones bought from shop, these vegan burger buns are easy to make and give plenty of room for variation. I tried making them with wholemeal, wholegrain spelt and half spelt, half rice flour. You can sprinkle them with sesame seeds, or use poppy seeds inside or outside. These buns are yeast, dairy and sugar free.

The dough recipe is the same as here. After you knead the dough, divide it in 4 parts for large buns or 6 parts for medium size buns. Roll them into round shape, and place on the greased backing tray. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until the top cracks and they sound hollow inside.
